MEMBERSHIP TERMS OF USE
CashCow Pros Terms of Use
Effective September 29, 2026 · Version 2026-09-29-v6
These Terms govern CashCow Pros, operated by CashCow NewTech Holdings LLC (“CashCow Pros,” “we,” or “us”). By accepting these Terms, you agree to them on your own behalf or for a business you are authorized to represent. The Pricing & Billing terms form part of this agreement. Our Privacy Notice explains how information is processed. Account registration alone does not authorize payment.
1. Platform purpose
CashCow Pros provides AI-guided business-development tools, educational information, working documents, website-development assistance and organizational features. We do not guarantee revenue, profitability, funding, legal approval, registration, intellectual-property protection or business success.
2. Account responsibilities
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. If acting for a business, you must have authority to bind it. You must provide accurate information, protect your account and promptly report suspected unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. We may request reasonable verification to protect the platform and its members.
3. Pricing, scope and recurring billing
The standard plan is a $99 one-time launch fee paid upfront plus $24.95/month, in USD plus applicable tax. The launch fee covers initial guided setup, business planning, branding and a standard website launch within the agreed project scope. The first $24.95 monthly payment is due one month after the launch-fee payment, on the date displayed at checkout, and renews monthly until canceled. The launch fee is not charged again at each renewal. Ongoing service covers available platform tools, standard AI guidance and hosting of your launched CashCow Pros website. A launch payment does not include unlimited revisions, custom software, multiple businesses, premium integrations or third-party fees. Additional work requires a separately approved scope and price.
Before payment details are collected, checkout must show the amount due now, applicable taxes, the first recurring charge date, renewal frequency, cancellation method and any approved extras. A separate unchecked consent box is required for recurring charges. Payment authorization is distinct from membership registration and marketing consent. Payment collection is not currently enabled on this site; reviewing a plan or creating a profile cannot charge you. Existing account access does not authorize new fees.
We may revise future prices with at least 30 days’ advance notice before they apply to a renewal, or longer when required by law. You may cancel before the new price applies. An accepted project price is not increased retroactively without your agreement.
4. Cancellation, refunds and past-due accounts
Cancel before your next renewal to stop future subscription charges. Once paid subscriptions are enabled, use the cancellation link provided with checkout and your payment confirmation. Cancellation must remain available online without a required phone call or retention interview. Your cancellation confirmation states the effective date. Access normally continues through the already-paid period; your website and subscription tools may be paused when that period ends. Canceling does not automatically cancel services purchased directly from third parties.
Cancellation does not automatically refund the launch fee, completed work, used services or a paid subscription period. Refunds for billing errors, services not supplied and mandatory consumer rights are handled as required by applicable law. No term limits rights that cannot legally be waived. Separate custom merchandise rules appear below.
If payment fails, we may notify you through your account or billing email and request an updated payment method. After notice and a reasonable opportunity to resolve the balance, we may pause AI usage, editing, publishing or hosting until service is restored. We do not impose an undisclosed late fee or automatically transfer your business, domain, equity or intellectual property to us. Canceling stops new renewal charges but does not erase amounts already lawfully due. Suspension is not a reason to continue accruing new subscription periods indefinitely.
5. Retrieval after cancellation
Subject to law, security and technical feasibility, CashCow Pros intends to provide 30 days after cancellation or payment suspension to retrieve available user-owned materials. We may retain limited backups, transaction records and compliance information for legitimate legal, security and operational purposes. File-upload storage is not active until expressly shown as active in the platform.
6. Your intellectual property
As between you and CashCow Pros, you retain ownership of qualifying intellectual property you owned before using the service and qualifying original material you create through it, except for CashCow Pros technology and third-party materials. You grant CashCow Pros a limited, nonexclusive license to host, copy, process, display and modify submitted material only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure and support the service. This operational license does not give CashCow Pros ownership of your business.
7. CashCow Pros technology
CashCow Pros and its licensors retain ownership of the platform, reusable code, templates, system architecture, prompts, workflows, branding, documentation and development tools existing independently of a member project. Membership does not transfer ownership of those materials.
8. AI usage, fair use and third-party materials
Standard guided business use is included; the plan is not unlimited AI processing, storage or development. Fair use excludes automated bulk requests, account sharing to avoid limits, resale of access, repeated large generations, abusive traffic and circumvention of safeguards. Long conversations, repeated complete rebuilds, premium models, high-volume images or documents and advanced custom development may need additional credits or a separate service quote.
Any numerical allowance, credit price or additional service charge must be disclosed before you purchase or incur it. No undisclosed token threshold creates a retroactive bill. Before extra charges arise, we will explain the cost and obtain your affirmative approval. You may decline and pause the extra work. We may queue or temporarily limit excessive use to protect service, with an explanation and an opportunity to reduce usage or choose an approved option. There are no automatic AI overage charges.
AI output may be inaccurate, unavailable for copyright protection or similar to material produced for others. You must review it. Third-party libraries, fonts, images, APIs, templates and services remain subject to their own licenses. CashCow Pros does not promise that a proposed name, domain, design or invention is available or noninfringing.
9. IP Protection Center
The IP Protection Center provides educational screening, organization and official filing links. It does not file automatically, guarantee approval or replace legal advice. A checklist does not itself create a copyright registration, trademark registration or patent. Patent questions should be reviewed before public disclosure. Users remain responsible for filing decisions, deadlines, fees and professional advice.
10. Contributors and ownership documents
You are responsible for obtaining appropriate confidentiality, invention-assignment, copyright-assignment and contractor agreements from people who contribute to your project. Paying a contractor does not necessarily transfer all intellectual-property rights.
11. Independent and Series options
Standard membership does not create a partnership, joint venture, fiduciary relationship, Series relationship or equity interest. A founder may separately apply to operate through a Series connected to CashCow NewTech Holdings. The proposed Series setup fee is $20, separate from the platform membership and any applicable government, professional or third-party fees. To join the Series program, the founder must agree to grant CashCow NewTech Holdings a 5% ownership interest in the Series business under a separate written Series agreement that states the specific rights, obligations, costs and conditions. Selecting the Series path or accepting these general Terms alone does not form a Series or transfer equity, revenue rights or intellectual property. The 24-hour setup goal concerns internal onboarding after approval and signed documents, not guaranteed government processing or legal registration.
12. Domains, filings and professional services
Registrars, government agencies and professional providers are independent third parties. Their fees and terms are separate. Examples include domain registration and renewals, state and federal filing fees, registered-agent services, licenses, taxes, insurance, payment processing, email and SMS, premium software and APIs, advertising, printing, shipping and professional advice. These are excluded from both the launch fee and monthly plan unless expressly included in writing. You choose and approve third-party purchases and remain responsible for their renewals and cancellation. CashCow Pros may provide checklists and links but does not act as your attorney, accountant, registered agent, investment adviser or broker-dealer.
13. Integrations and merchandise orders
Integration guidance may reference independent services such as payment processors, commerce platforms and print-on-demand providers. Their accounts, fees, availability and terms are separate. Never submit passwords or secret access credentials through AI chat. A merchandise request is not a final purchase or charge. CashCow Pros will disclose the product price, service margin, shipping, applicable tax and design proof before requesting payment. Production begins only after the required approval and payment. Custom or personalized merchandise may not be returnable except where defective, incorrect or required by law. Manufacturing and delivery estimates may depend on third-party fulfillment providers.
14. Acceptable use
You may not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive or harmful activity; to violate privacy or confidentiality; to distribute malicious code; or to misrepresent AI output, registrations, investments or legal status. We may investigate and restrict suspected misuse.
15. Security and confidentiality
CashCow Pros will use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the service, but no online system is completely secure. Do not upload highly sensitive documents until the platform specifically confirms that secure uploading is active.
16. Communications
We may send account, billing, security and service communications by email. Marketing texts require separate optional consent and are not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to revoke text consent.
17. Availability, delivery and warranties
Launch timing depends on your information, decisions, approvals, business requirements, third-party processing and technical availability. “As little as 72 hours” is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery deadline. Features identified as planned or in development are not promised as currently available. We will not materially reduce an already-paid agreed deliverable without an appropriate alternative or remedy required by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the platform and AI outputs are supplied “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or noninfringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free output, revenue, profit, customers or business results. You remain responsible for reviewing outputs, maintaining copies and obtaining required professional advice. These limitations do not override an express written commitment or nonwaivable consumer rights.
18. Liability and responsibility
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable to the other for indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages, or lost profits arising from platform use. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the CashCow Pros fees you paid during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These exclusions and limits do not apply to fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, liabilities that law prohibits limiting or remedies that cannot be waived.
You are responsible for your content, business activities and instructions. To the extent permitted by law, you will reimburse us for reasonable losses from third-party claims caused by your unlawful conduct or knowing infringement, subject to prompt notice, a fair opportunity to defend and no settlement imposing obligations on you without your consent.
19. Suspension, termination and retained materials
You may stop using the service and cancel as described above. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations, unlawful use or security risks, giving notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue when practicable. Immediate restriction may be necessary to prevent harm or comply with law. If we discontinue a paid service without your breach, we will provide any refund or other remedy required by law for undelivered prepaid service. Accrued lawful payment obligations, ownership, applicable liability limitations and provisions that logically survive remain effective. The retrieval period in Section 5 applies.
20. Privacy, notices and support
Our Privacy Notice describes account, AI, order and billing information. Service notices may be delivered through your account or the email associated with it. Keep that email current. When paid service becomes available, your checkout and receipt must identify the seller’s contact details, billing-support channel and online cancellation link. Until payment collection is enabled, no subscription is created here and no payment information should be submitted through the AI chat. Privacy requests and general questions may be raised through your existing CashCow Pros service correspondence; do not send sensitive information in public posts.
21. Governing law and disputes
Applicable United States federal law and Wyoming law govern these Terms, without applying conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory laws of your location provide otherwise. The parties should first attempt to resolve a dispute in good faith through their service correspondence; this does not prevent timely court filings or urgent relief. Claims may be brought in a court with lawful jurisdiction. These Terms do not require arbitration, waive class actions or restrict statutory small-claims or consumer remedies.
22. Changes and general provisions
We will identify changes by a new effective date and version. Material changes will receive reasonable advance notice and renewed consent where required. Changes do not retroactively authorize charges or transfer ownership. These Terms, incorporated Pricing & Billing terms and any expressly agreed project order govern platform service; a separate signed Series or custom-project agreement controls only its stated subject if there is a conflict. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues. Failure to enforce a term is not a waiver. Neither party is responsible for delays beyond reasonable control, but this does not eliminate accrued payment duties or legally required refunds.
